LEVEL 3 ACROBATICS - TERM 4

Service Description

The focus of this class is centred around tricks, partner skills, tumbling & limbering. Acro incorporates strength, flexibility and conditioning which is vital to achieving, perfecting and advancing your child’s skills. This class is for students who have executed splits, jumps, mounts, cartwheels, round offs, walkovers, handstands, and are now working on executing and mastering skills such as side & front aerials, forward and backward handsprings, as well as other advanced skills. All students are assessed at beginner/intermediate acro level, and then our teachers will determine their progression plan through all levels based on their skill and development.
