12&U BALLET/CONTEMPORARY - TERM 4

Service Description

Classical Ballet provides the foundation for essential technical training in all forms of dance. We encourage all students to take Ballet class to use as this base for all other classes, especially Jazz and Contemporary. In this 45 minute class, students will learn fundamental ballet techniques and exercises. In class students will also work on contemporary exercises, combining the two disciplines to develop strong bodies through the emphasis on good posture and the development of strength and flexibility.
